Shang Hai - Please don't simply park ur car...

Read a forum on this interesting fact about Shang Hai traffic police... They have this kind of special motor whereby they are able to deploy and then just tow your vehicle to any nearest police station :) ... So be ware don't simply park your car in Shang Hai ~!!!
